I am looking for text of the New York City ban of placement agents with respect to private equity investments by the NYC public pensions ((1) the New York City Employees' Retirement System; (2) the New York City Police Pension Fund; (3) the New York Fire Department Pension Fund; (4) the New York City Teachers' Retirement System; and (5) the New York City Board of Education Retirement System. Below is the reference to the resolution about the ban:

NYC comptroller William Thompson said yesterday NYCTRS' trustees decided to suspend making new commitments with private equity funds which use placement agents or other compensated intermediaries. The New York City Employees' Retirement System, Fire Department Pension Fund, and Police Pension Fund have previously passed similar resolutions (from May 22, 2009).
