The Comptroller by delegation of the respective Boards of Trustees serves as the investment advisor to the funds. As the investment advisor , the Comproller’s investment staff works closely with each fund's board of trustees to determine the asset aollocation and the selection of managers in a prudent risk adjusted manner.
