will all corpus funded revenue contracts for investment costs eventually be paid by the comptroller's office?

Yes, the Comptroller oversees and approves the payments. Corpus dollars are not part of the Comptrollers Capital budget. Corpus funding is used to finance all pension related expenses.

Thanks so much. How will those pension funded expenditures / payments appear in the system? are they in there already or will that come later?

Although you can see investment funds in Checkbook NYC and corpus is part of those funds, unfortunately at this time there is no way to tell what are paid by corpus funds and what are paid by capital funds.

To see investment funds. Go to Advanced Search. Click on Spending. Then choose "Office of the Comptroller" for Agency and "Investment Costs" under Expense Category.
