Expenses Data is available in the system at the “Check Amount Level” by payee and detail expense category for administrative Expenses. Payroll expense will be displayed at the gross payroll level only. No individual employee level Payroll information is available. Expenses can be displayed by fiscal year, calendar year, month, or series of months.
